John was great at explaining the things I didn't quite understand when it came to the housing market. I was in a crunch logistically to sell my house and purchase one out of state while needing to get a minimum amount net. We went over projected numbers together to have a game plan. I have four cats and a timid, scared rescue dog; so his ability to allow me to accept the viewing requests was icing on the cake.
